As always, we continue to closely follow recommendations from public health officials, and we’re applying the highest standards in the spa industry to ensure your visit is a safe and peaceful one. As such, you’ll notice several changes to the experience as a whole – from the moment you make your reservation to the time you leave the spa. In addition to training our employees regarding cleaning and sanitation, hand hygiene, and respiratory etiquette, we’re conducting employee health screening. We’re also asking employees to stay home if they don’t feel well. If there’s a chance they have been exposed to COVID-19, we’re directing them to self-isolate for 14 days and contact the appropriate authorities.
