Charlotte Beaudoin


Professional coach accredited by the International Coach Federation, I have more than 25 years of experience in the fields of education and health.
Passionate about personal development, I completed doctoral studies in psycho-pedagogy related to health and lifestyles, and spent more than 18 years in an academic career as a professor at the University of Ottawa. Since 2008, I have completed two professional coaching courses. A first in management coaching, allowing me to better understand the issues of human resources management. The second was about wellness coaching, allowing me to refine my knowledge and tools to support people in their state of wellness. It is therefore equipped with all these knowledge and life experiences that I offer a presence that is both dynamic and sensitive to accompany you in an approach to implement a way of life consistent with your core values.

My humanistic approach sets me apart. Being also a yoga teacher and engaged in a meditative practice since 2005, I combine all these tools with my experiences and knowledge to offer you an approach centered on your needs. Your development, your health and your well-being are at the heart of my accompaniment and the path that we co-create together. Eve de Macar

Occupational therapist

Having always been interested in understanding the human being and motivated to work in helping relationships, Eve completed a bachelor’s degree in psychology at UdeM and a master’s degree in occupational therapy from Mcgill University. These studies allow her to develop a holistic vision of health and wellness, principles that she finds in the foundations and practice of yoga. Eve completes an intensive month-long certification at the Ashram Sivanada Yoga Camp to deepen her personal practice and teach others about the benefits of yoga.

As an occupational therapist, she is currently working in the field of mental health, with a focus on rehabilitation and job retention. The services offered include helping the individual develop a better life balance to promote physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. She combines relaxation principles with her interventions, including mindfulness and yoga, to develop practical tools for better management of stress, emotions and thoughts.

Eve therefore offers yoga and meditation classes that aim to develop a global psychological well-being by allowing you to take a break and enjoy a moment of relaxation leading to better stress management.

Dr. Maryse Dion


Dr. Dion is a private practice psychiatrist in Ottawa. Previously, she worked in hospital and community settings. In addition to adult general psychiatry, Dr. Dion specializes in physician health and wellness. She acts as a consultant to the Health Promotion Program in the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Ottawa. She is particularly interested in the following topics: happiness, resilience, mindfulness and the positive effects of exercise on the brain.

Dr. Dion earned her doctorate in medicine at the Université de Sherbrooke and completed her specialty in psychiatry at the University of Ottawa.

Carl Brouillette

Occupational therapist and founder of the retreats

Carl completed a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from Université Laval and a Master of Science in Biomedical Sciences (rehabilitation option) from Université de Montréal. Through his support of people with mental health problems, he quickly realized that beyond a medical diagnosis, these same people could discover themselves, blossom and recover. He continued his studies and completed the Wellness 360 coaching certification, Health coaching certification and Wellness inventory facilitator certification. The retreats were created with the aim of educating, inspiring and guiding as many people as possible in their journey towards well-being.
