Bistro menu of the day

Try a great meal in a Bistro setting at Restö during your relaxation getaway. From Sunday to thursday, between 11 a.m. and 10 p.m., and friday and saturday, from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., the chef offers a menu full of fresh flavours to satisfy your appetite in no time so that you can continue your relaxation time at the spa.

The menu includes: burgers, salads, sandwiches, soups, and daily specials inspired by local flavours and products, and meals are served in a casual atmosphere. Check out the menu, make your choice, enjoy your meal, and go back to relaxing. It’s simple, efficient, and delicious!

The evening table d’hôte menu

Beginning at 5 p.m., Restö takes on the atmosphere of a fine dining establishment. Offered in table d’hôte or à la carte format in the evening, our chef’s cuisine will charm you from appetizer to dessert, all inspired by local flavours and seasonal aromas. Ideal for a meal for two or for a small group, Restö offers a delicious cuisine and exceptional wine selection in the evening, served in an intimate and welcoming setting.

Imagine yourself enjoying a three-course gourmet dinner in your bathrobe, accompanied by subdued lighting, a fireplace, a gorgeous view of the site, and soft background music. Norman Aitken

Our head chef

We are proud to have the famous chef Norman Aitken, a Culinary Institute of Canada graduate, as a member of our team. From Souris, PEI, Chef Norm began his culinary career 22 years ago at the prestigious Inn at Bay Fortune under the guidance of Food Network’s Chef Michael Smith. There, he developed his understanding, respect, and interest in working with local fresh ingredients. In fact, it’s now the basis of his personal culinary philosophy.

Norm was named one of the “Top 30 under 30” by the Ontario Hostelry Institute in 2008 for his leadership in the hostelry and tourism industry in Canada. He was also listed in the top 40 people recognized annually for their professional achievements, their expertise, and their community involvement by the Ottawa Business Journal.
