Yes, starting September 1, 2021, you will need a vaccination passport or an equivalent adequate proof of vaccination to visit the spa. To learn more about the vaccination passport, visit the Government of Quebec’s dedicated website.

Please note that you must wait 7 days (14 days for Janssen) after your second dose of the vaccine before visiting the spa.

The Government of Quebec defines a vaccination passport as:

“The COVID-19 vaccination passport [is] a free official tool showing that the holder is protected against COVID-19. It [makes] it possible for businesses to stay open.

With a vaccine passport, people age 13 and up who are adequately protected or who have a clinical contraindication to COVID-19 vaccination can gain admittance to certain locations and certain non-essential activities where the risk of transmission is high.”

To meet the requirements set by the Government of Quebec to be adequately protected, residents of Quebec must be vaccinated.

Those residing outside of Quebec—Ontario or elsewhere—must: “show photo ID and proof issued by their country or Canadian province that they have had two doses of one of the following recognized vaccines:

  • Pfizer
  • Moderna
  • AstraZeneca
  • Covishield
  • Janssen (only one dose required).”

Please note that you must wait 7 days (14 days for Janssen) after your second dose of the vaccine before visiting the spa.

Yes, please bring your own mask and wear it when you arrive at the spa. At the reception desk, we will provide you with a free procedural mask. This mask must be worn during your visit.

The Government of Quebec requires that a procedural mask be worn in public spaces, and/or if the area does not permit physical distancing.

Our receptionists will remind you that it is required to wear it when walking within the spa and on-site.

  • Wearing a mask is required for all guests during a massage/body care (except for face care).
  • It is also required to wear a mask when in movement.
  • In saunas, relaxation areas, gazebos or yurts, and in our food service areas, we ask that you wear the mask until you are seated on a bench or seat. These are arranged or identified in order to maintain recommended distancing. You will be permitted to remove your mask once you are comfortably seated. It will have to be worn once again when leaving the area.

The mask should be combined with other protective measures to maximize their protection. As such, hand-sanitizing stations are available to enable you to wash/disinfect your hands on a regular basis.

We will also offer an additional procedural mask to those who already have one, as a courtesy.
