Here are three infused water recipes, each with many benefits, to impress your guests this summer:
1- Romance and rosemary
- 4 litres of water
- A pinch of salt
- 2 large grapefruits, cut into sections
- Three or four sprigs of fresh rosemary
Grapefruit is a powerful antioxidant. It deep-cleans pores and is also an excellent source of vitamin C. Rosemary, sometimes known as the crown herb, has many virtues that have been extolled since antiquity. Its essential oils improve concentration and stimulate memory capacity.
