To promote a safe experience with the highest sanitary standards, we have reviewed the process of your arrival to ensure that your experience is completely stress-free.
We ask that you please bring the following with you to the spa:
Should you wish to enhance your spa experience further, we do recommend packing reading material, lip balm, sunscreen for sunny days and warm hats for chillier ones.
You may leave all your other personal belongings behind. We’ll happily take care of towels, robes and everything else.
Starting at the reception with automatic doors and digital check-in, the majority of your experience will be contactless to ensure proper distancing.

Getting a massage is a special experience. We want to ensure that you get the most out of your moment of relaxation, which is why we’ve compiled a list of everything you need to know.
Please note: for gratuity purposes, we ask you to provide an exact amount of cash since money exchanges will not be available for the time being.
Once you enter the spa and begin the thermal experience, you will be invited to discover an array of rituals—the most famous being the Aufguss.
The sound of the gong beckons you. Follow the reverberating tone to the sauna and embark on a journey to elsewhere. Your thermal experience access allows you to experience an array of rituals free of additional charges. Discover ancient traditions adapted and transformed to be true to our own roots. Meals, drinks, gifts, rituals… pay for it all with your electronic wristband!
On the day of your visit, you will be given an electronic wristband to open your locker. The wristband is also used to pay for your purchases on site. This not only helps to keep you safe by reducing contact and providing you with a touchless experience, it also allows you to leave your wallet safely in your locker.

Simply visit our lobby at the time of your reservation! If you have reserved a body care treatment or massage, please do arrive 15 minutes prior to your reservation.
In an effort to create a contactless experience, all on-site purchases must be made with an electronic wristband.
On the day of your visit, you will be given an electronic wristband to open your locker. The wristband is also used to pay for your purchases on-site. A pre-authorization of $150 per guest is held on your credit card on the day of your visit to allow you to make purchases with the wristband. This amount will be adjusted automatically after the visit to reflect purchases made. If the limit is reached during your visit, another pre-authorization will be processed automatically.

We ask you to not bring your own towel or robes. Your locker will be fully stocked with towels and a bathrobe when you visit the spa. Furthermore, our artisans will gladly give you fresh and dry towels as you enjoy your day.

Do note that cellphones must be kept on silent mode out of respect for all our guests. No audio may be played through mobile-device speakers, you may however use headphones to listen to music, podcasts or ebooks. Should you need to take a call, we invite you to join us inside Mëzz Café.
If at any time an artisan feels that device usage is affecting the experience of other guests, you may be asked to return your cellphone to your locker for the remainder of your visit.

Local law enforcement is welcome to patrol the parking lot at their own discretion and we appreciate their help in keeping the area safe.
To ensure your visit remains a relaxing one, we do wish to inform you that local law enforcement occasionally runs plates (from all provinces) and verify registrations as well as check for various other violations.
