For everyone to experience a well-deserved moment’s respite, Nordik Spa-Nature asks its guests to follow our etiquette throughout their visit.
As you prepare your escape, keep in mind that Nordik Spa-Nature is reserved to those 16-year-old and above. Guests aged 16 and 17 must be accompanied by an adult and present a valid government ID to access the facility.
Our spa offers four distinct restaurants. Each of them allows you to choose from a wide variety of drinks and dishes—as outside food and alcohol are not allowed on our site.
We invite you to bring a filled reusable water bottle along for the experience. Keep in mind that glass containers are prohibited for safety reasons. We might have a quick look to see what’s in your bottle, if alcohol is found, your visit will be cancelled without refund.
We are proud to offer a non-smoking environment. E-cigarettes, vape pens, and any tobacco or cannabis-related products must be left at home or in your vehicle.
Behaviour deemed inappropriate will not be tolerated and you may be denied entry or asked to leave the site without a refund (e.g., exaggerated displays of affection, aggressive behaviour towards our staff or other guests, intoxication due to alcohol or other drugs, including cannabis).
For everyone’s comfort and to preserve the serene atmosphere of the spa, only bathing suits, bathrobes, and sandals may be worn on-site. Every guest’s bathing suit must offer sufficient coverage. We recommend all guests have a shower before entering the spa.
You’ll be happy to learn that your reservation does not have a time limit! However, should you exit the site, you may not re-enter.
Cellphones may be used in select areas of the spa. The comfort and privacy of our guests must always be prioritized. To capture your experience, photos may be taken in Panorama, Borëa and all our restaurants.
Devices may be used for reading in Kaskad as well as our respite and waiting areas. Do note that devices may never be used in saunas or in Källa.
Out of courtesy for our guests, please keep your phone on silent for the duration of your visit. You are welcome to join us at Mëzz Café should you need to make or receive a phone call.
Plan to bring headphones to avoid disrupting the others if you prefer to listen to your own music.
If at any time an artisan feels that device usage is affecting the experience of other guests, you may be asked to return your cellphone to your locker for the remainder of your escape.
To help you meditate and fully experience the benefits of sweat culture, our saunas are silent areas.
As you enter one of our multiple saunas, bring your towel to sit or lay down. Sandals, glasses, jewelry, food, beverages and water bottles should always be left outside the sauna.
As you enter the Kaskad section, remain quiet. Silence is equally important in all resting areas. Allow yourself and others to leave worries behind by taking advantage of this calming atmosphere.
If your phone is not being used for reading purposes, simply leave it in your pocket and rest.
The Borëa and Panorama sections of our spa are dedicated to connections. Visit these areas to socialize but always be mindful of other guests by keeping your conversation volume lower than the sound of our waterfalls.
When entering one of our restaurants, we ask that you cover your shoulders and upper body with a shirt or robe.
As our promise is to offer you a moment of respite, help us maintain a safe and secure environment by always wearing your sandals in our restaurants. In addition, remember to leave your beverage at the table when you leave Restö to keep our site free of all glassware.
Visit the Boutique to be directed to the correct waiting area. Present yourself 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow some time to fill out our health questionnaire.
As you wait for your knots to be untangled and your muscles to be relaxed, your electronic devices can be used to help pass the time. Once your massage therapist invites you to your room, you should put them away.
Taking pictures and filming is not allowed in this area and only the beverages provided there are permitted.
Although we recommend disrobing to enjoy your massage, we respect the choice of guests who prefer to keep their undergarments on throughout their treatment.
Thermotherapy exacerbates the effects of alcohol and drugs. Therefore, for health and safety matters, it is advisable to abstain or to drink responsibly. We may ask you to safely leave the premises if you appear intoxicated.
Nordik Spa-Nature is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. As well, since we have no control over changing weather conditions, we will not offer refunds for inconvenience due to inclement weather.
To enhance your comfort, ear plugs are available for you at the entrance. Petroleum jelly is also at your disposal to cover any skin abrasions you may have.
Begin your experience by having a shower. Please remember that Källa is not a swimming pool. Enter the pool slowly and carefully to avoid disturbing other guests and make yourself comfortable by sitting. Recline gradually whilst extending your arms out and relax the muscles in your neck. Your head should be floating, and your ears submerged as you experience weightlessness.
Allow your body to unwind for at least 20 minutes and wash off the saltwater with another shower before you leave.
