Meet Your Instructors
Sandrine
Passionate about wellness for many years, Sandrine Bastille is much more than a yoga teacher. A key member of the Rituals Artisan team of Nordik, she is renowned for her inspiring and caring approach, dedicated to the well-being of each guest. Drawing on her experience, she successfully led one of our sessions during our last yoga event, where she captivated and harmonized the community. Sandrine perfectly embodies the spirit of yoga, and we are delighted that she has chosen to share her expertise and energy with our guests once again, offering an experience that is as enriching as it is soothing.
Aurélie
A former figure skating coach, Aurélie Roy managed to turn her career around brilliantly during the pandemic by pivoting to yoga, a practice that quickly became a real passion. Starting by teaching her students flexibility, she transformed her approach to focus on overall well-being, earning her yoga certification in the process. Since then, she has continued to cultivate this passion, giving online classes during COVID-19 and opening her own yoga studio in February 2023. Aurélie loves mindfulness and meditation, offering her community deeply soothing and transformative moments. Her expertise and commitment to promoting well-being make her an invaluable yoga teacher whom we are delighted to welcome to our team.

Do I need to bring a yoga mat?
Yoga mats and blocks are included.

How long are the yoga classes?
The classes are 1 hour long.
Will the classes be beginner-friendly?
All classes will be beginner-friendly!
Where do the classes fit in the thermal cycles?
We recommend doing an Aufguss ritual (the hot step), followed by a cold plunge (the cold step) and then head over to your yoga class to complete the final step (the rest step) of the thermal cycle.
What should I wear?
The yoga classes will be swimsuit-friendly. If you want to bring a coverup or change into yoga clothes, you may do so!
How many spaces per class?
Each class can welcome 15 guests.
Can I book my spot ahead of time?
While you must book the thermal experience in advance, the yoga classes will be available on a first-come first-served basis. You can register for the classes at the dedicated kiosk in front of the Banya sauna.
