When you visit the Village, you join our happy little community of Artisan-Villagers who live in the moment, sheltered from the hectic pace of everyday life. It's our sense of community that makes us a pleasant, accessible and inclusive place, where we can give life a moment's rest. The Village Code brings together the practices we adopt so that everyone can reconnect with nature, their inner smile and the joy of being together.
Village Code

Age Requirement
Nordik Spa Village welcomes guests aged 16 and over.
Food & Drink Policy
No outside food or alcohol may be brought into the Spa Village. However, you may bring a reusable bottle to fill in the Spa Village's water stations. We reserve the right to check the contents. In the event of non-compliance, your visit to the spa will be shortened without a refund. Please note that glass water bottles are prohibited for safety reasons.

Nordik Spa Village is proud to offer a smoke-free environment. We ask that you leave your electronic cigarettes, vape pens and any tobacco or cannabis-related products at home.

To maximize your experience, we recommend that all our guests take a shower in the changing room before starting their first thermal cycle.
Bathing suits must be worn throughout the Spa Village. Sandals are required at all times, except in the saunas, where you must remove them. Bathrobes are worn at your discretion, except in restaurants, where you must cover your shoulders.
Quiet & Respectful Atmosphere
You’re welcome to chat in the designated areas, but please keep your voice lower than the Village waterfall.

The Village is a phone-free space. We invite you to disconnect to reconnect with nature, others and yourself.
Restricted use of cell phones is permitted in the lobby, the boutique, the lockers and inside Le Resto: you may read or send messages quietly. Photos, videos and calls are never permitted.
The Mezz Café, including its patio, is the only place where cell phones (with headphones) are fully permitted in the Spa Village.
Everywhere else in the Spa Village is phone-free, including but not limited to the saunas, baths, rest areas, Kalla, massage and treatment waiting rooms.
However, eReaders are welcome throughout the Spa Village, so feel free to bring them along.
Responsibility
Nordik Spa Village is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

As wellness is experienced in good spirits, rain or shine, no refunds are offered in the event of bad weather.
No Re-Entry
You are free to leave the spa at any time. However, once you leave, you cannot return.
A Happy Place
Finally, the Spa Village is a place of tranquillity where inappropriate behaviour is not tolerated.
The dress code is adapted to the Spa Village's more relaxed atmosphere. However, we ask you to cover your shoulders and upper body with a shirt or bathrobe at all times. In addition, for safety reasons, sandals must be worn in all restaurants.
At Le Resto and the Lounge, tables are primarily reserved for dining. If space is available, you can enjoy a drink while seated.
To ensure your safety and a hassle-free visit, all glasses used in the Lounge and Biergarden are made of clear plastic and can be taken outside the restaurant. Glass cups used in the Resto, on the other hand, must remain inside the restaurant.

The Kalla saltwater pool is an underground refuge where absolute calm reigns. It is therefore important to observe the following recommendations and rules each time you visit:
• Remain silent.
• Shower before and after the treatment.
• Enter the pool gently to avoid disturbing others.
• Let yourself slide gently onto your back, stretching out your arms.
• Relax your neck and allow your head to float with your ears submerged to listen to the sound of underwater music.
• If you feel any discomfort in your neck, use one of our headrests.
• Avoid touching your eyes as the Epsom salt concentration of the pool is incredibly high.
• Breathe in deeply and enjoy weightlessness.
• Before you leave your sanctuary, remember to wash off the saltwater with another shower.
As several people are floating at the same time, you may sometimes brush up against each other. This is perfectly normal.
On the day of your appointment, head to the massage waiting area 15 minutes before your massage is due to start. This will allow you to complete our health questionnaire at your own pace.
For massages and certain treatments, we suggest you undress completely. This improves the fluidity of movements and facilitates the application of products. However, you can keep your underwear on if you prefer. To ensure your comfort and privacy, you will always be covered with a sheet during the massage or treatment, and only the part of your body being treated will be uncovered.
Cell Phone Policy
Phones are not permitted in the waiting room, massage and treatment rooms. eReaders are welcome in the waiting room.
Food & Drink Policy
In addition, no food or beverages are permitted in the massage area, with the exception of your reusable water bottle and the beverages offered there.
