Conditions of Sale of Gift Certificates

By purchasing an online gift certificate through our website, in one of our boutiques or by telephone, you are agreeing to the following conditions.

Please note that this policy does not apply to the purchase of admission tickets.   

Prices displayed

Nordik Spa-Nature invoices in Canadian currency. All prices listed unless otherwise stated, are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD) before taxes. Gift certificates purchases are final sales and non-refundable. A gift certificate may not be purchased with a previously purchased gift certificate.

Rates are subject to change without notice. In the event of a price increase, the difference must be supplemented for the desired service.

Expiration of gift certificates

The monetary value of a gift certificate is always valid and does not expire.

Using a gift certificate 

For security reasons and to prevent fraud, gift certificates may only be used 48 hours after the date of purchase. A reservation is required for the application of a gift certificate. 

Shipping gift certificates 

Gift certificates are shipped as soon as possible once the order has been processed. The processing and delivery times vary depending on the delivery address. Our parcels are shipped with Canada Post. Be advised that conditions beyond our control may lead to additional delays for which we cannot be held responsible. 

We reserve the right to modify the shipping costs for our gift certificates at any time and without notice. All shipping fees are in Canadian dollars. The sales tax is calculated based on the province of the spa. We cannot guarantee delivery to addresses outside of Canada. 

Gift certificate resale 

Illegal resale of any gift certificate of admission is strictly prohibited and can result in the cancellation of the purchase without refund or compensation.  

Promotional use prohibited without permission 

Without prior written authorization from Nordik Spa-Nature, gift certificates cannot be used for advertising and/or promotional purposes (including contests and lotteries). Promotional use without permission can result in the cancellation of the purchase without refund or compensation. 

Privacy policy 

Nordik Spa-Nature has a strict privacy policy. No personal information will be disclosed to anyone except during the transactional process of obtaining authorization from the credit card issuer or as required by law. 

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to access the site. Guests ages 16 and 17 must present a valid piece of identification for admission. The site is unfortunately not adapted and is difficult for people with reduced mobility to access.

The thermal experience is not recommended for people with heart problems, hypertension, breathing problems, angina, or diabetes.

Modification of terms 

We reserve the right to modify these terms of use at any time. The last revision of these conditions is displayed at the bottom of this page.
